BIM Manager

About the role

This role combines technical leadership, process development, training, and hands-on project support to ensure consistent, high-quality BIM implementation. The ideal candidate is a collaborative problem solver with deep Revit and Autodesk Construction Cloud expertise who is passionate about driving innovation, efficiency, and technology adoption throughout the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM execution planning, standards implementation, and quality control efforts across multiple projects and teams.
• Mentor and support Project BIM Leads, providing technical leadership and guidance throughout project delivery.
• Conduct model audits, QA/QC reviews, clash detection, and consultant coordination to ensure model accuracy and interoperability.
• Manage BIM content libraries, digital assets, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) environments, and related technology platforms.
• Develop and deliver BIM training programs, workflow guidance, and best practices for project teams.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, software tools, and process improvements that enhance project delivery and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of BIM management, digital delivery, or project BIM leadership experience within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), and BIM project delivery workflows.
• Strong understanding of BIM standards, model coordination, QA/QC processes, and consultant collaboration.
• Experience leading BIM implementation from project kickoff through project completion.
• Familiarity with tools such as Navisworks, Dynamo, Rhino, and related design technology platforms is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Information Technology, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
