Key Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and mentor the BIM Modelers team, fostering a collaborative, productive, and results-oriented environment.
- Plan, distribute, and monitor team activities, ensuring proper resource allocation and adherence to established schedules.
- Acting as the main interface with internal and external clients, conducting alignment meetings, coordinating and monitoring projects.
- Understanding and translating client needs into clear directions for the technical team, ensuring the correct execution of projects.
- Supervising the BIM modeling of conduits, electrical ducts, supports, devices, and other elements according to the executive projects.
- Ensuring the technical quality of the models and drawings produced, performing reviews and validations before delivery.
- Coinciding the identification, analysis, and resolution of clashes, project conflicts, and change requests from clients and other disciplines.
- Providing technical support to the team in solving complex problems and defining best practices for modeling and documentation.
- Developing and implementing BIM processes, standards, and methodologies that promote efficiency, consistency, and continuous improvement.
- Monitoring team performance, productivity, and quality indicators, proposing development and optimization actions when necessary.
- Conducting training, mentoring, and performance evaluations, contributing to the technical and professional growth of employees.
- Ensuring that all deliverables meet contractual requirements, internal standards, and client expectations.
- Collaborating with managers, coordinators, and other stakeholders for strategic planning and the evolution of the company's BIM services.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or similar fields;
- Experience in Revit modeling;
- Experience with cloud-based modeling (BIM 360);
- Analytical profile, commitment, and attention to detail;
- Experience in client interaction;
- Experience in People Management;
- Availability and autonomy for relocation;
- Previous experience with Navisworks (desirable);
- Experience with fire alarms, access control, and/or other low-voltage disciplines (a plus).
