BIM ENGINEER/S

BIM Engineer supporting design and construction teams from pre-construction through commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Support project BIM mobilization activities
• Perform QA/QC of model deliverables to ensure compliance with BIM Standards
• Support project teams in the use of models for design review, change management, estimating, and commissioning
• Provide oversight of the model coordination process in design and construction
• Ensure project teams use client-approved systems for managing the BIM process, files, and submittals correctly
• Demonstrate proficiency in BIM-related software
• Assist hands-on training of other support staff on the use of BIM software
• Perform other tasks as requested by managers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or an equivalent combination of experience and education
• 2+ years of experience using BIM applications on projects from pre-construction to construction phase
• Demonstrated expertise in industry-standard BIM applications, such as Autodesk Revit, Civil 3D, InfraWorks, and NavisWorks
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based, fast-paced environment
