About the role

Responsible for coordinating building information modeling (BIM) projects, ensuring that all stakeholders have access to accurate and up-to-date BIM models. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to integrate BIM data into project workflows. Manage BIM documentation, including creation, maintenance, and distribution of BIM models and related files.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate BIM projects across various stages of a project lifecycle, from design to construction.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy of BIM models and associated documentation.
• Work closely with architects, engineers, and construction teams to integrate BIM data into project workflows.
• Manage BIM documentation, including creation, maintenance, and distribution of BIM models and related files.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure BIM goals are met and integrated into project plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in BIM coordination or related field.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, or similar tools.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of BIM standards and best practices.
• Experience with BIM project management tools and methodologies.
• Understanding of construction processes and industry standards.
