Fab 62 is an advanced semiconductor fabrication facility for Intel Corporation, located at Intel's Ocotillo campus in Chandler, Arizona. The M&T team delivers the engineering, procurement, and construction scope for this leading-edge chipmaking facility—a highly demanding environment where precision, cleanliness, schedule certainty, and coordination across thousands of personnel are essential. The project supports the expansion of domestic semiconductor manufacturing capacity, contributing to a more resilient technology supply chain and creating significant opportunities for the local Arizona workforce. Joining the Fab 62 team means contributing directly to one of the most strategically important construction efforts in the United States.
Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily BIM activities for an assigned discipline or multidisciplinary scope.
- Prepare and support model coordination activities, including model reviews, coordination views, clash detection readiness, issue tracking, and model status reporting.
- Promote consistent use of worksets, model setup, coordinates, linked models, views, sheets, parameters, and project content across the assigned scope.
- Provide daily technical direction and task-level oversight for BIM Specialists, modelers, and project Revit users within the assigned scope.
- Assist with workload planning, priority setting, and coordination of model production activities to support project milestones and deliverables.
- Mentor BIM Specialists on project standards, modeling practices, collaboration workflows, troubleshooting methods, and quality expectations.
- Escalate resource, quality, compliance, or workflow concerns to the BIM Manager, discipline lead, or PIIM/Engineering Automation leadership as appropriate.
- Provide hands-on support to Revit users for modeling issues, worksharing problems, synchronization errors, model performance concerns, family behavior, view setup, and production workflow challenges.
- Diagnose and resolve common model-health issues, including warnings, corrupt elements, link failures, audit requirements, file size growth, and coordination inconsistencies.
- Support project teams in applying practical modeling solutions that balance production efficiency, information requirements, and model performance.
- Coordinate with IT, Engineering Automation, and software support teams for issues requiring deeper application, infrastructure, or configuration support.
- Create, maintain, and manage Revit families, templates, view templates, shared parameters, schedules, title blocks, annotation content, and other project BIM resources.
- Ensure BIM content is standardized, fit for purpose, performance-conscious, and aligned with project data and deliverable requirements.
Requirements
- Recognized degree or diploma in architecture, engineering, construction management, design technology, information management, or a related technical field; equivalent industry experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- Typically 7+ years of BIM, Revit, digital delivery, design, engineering, or construction technology experience, including lead-level coordination responsibilities.

- Ability to lead and mentor BIM Specialists and support a broad user base with clear, practical technical guidance.
- Strong understanding of BIM standards, model quality requirements, naming conventions, data requirements, and common project BIM workflows.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, organization, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Self-motivated and able to manage competing priorities while maintaining model quality, project standards, and schedule commitments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting building, advanced manufacturing, semiconductor, industrial, infrastructure, or plant projects with significant BIM scope.
- Experience working in an Engineering Automation, Digital Solutions, PIIM, or discipline-embedded BIM environment.
