Billing Supervisor

Position: Billing Supervisor Location: Houston, TX Reports to: Billing Manager TNT is looking to add an experienced full time Billing Supervisor to our growing Branch. Summary: The Billing Supervisor will be responsible for the coordination of approximately 300 plus invoices per month, create reports reflecting billing, auditing, and expenses data. Reports directly to the Billing Manager and oversees the daily activities of the billing clerks. Responsibilities Supervise billing and receivables staffDelegate assignments and projects to staffEstablish new billing policies and proceduresWork with Controller and Accounting Department to implement in-process data systemEnter billable and non-billable expenses including adjustmentsCoding Billing and Expense, "B&E" reports and matching receiptsCreate and distribute operational and billing reports to managementAssist with monthly general ledgerPerforms other duties as assigned Qualifications Required Skills and Experience: 5 -10 years of billing/receivables experience with management experienceBachelor’s Degree, prefer accounting or financePrefer Solomon system experience; System conversion experience a plusMust have strong math, communication, and organizational skillsConfident, professional demeanor and team play attitude are a must
