Billing Specialist (Remote)

Responsibilities

• Process all billing transactions
• Affirm billing compliance with contracts
• Transmit invoices accurately and promptly
• Resolve billing disputes and communicate with customers
• Support collections efforts as needed
• Perform other duties as directed by supervisor and management

Qualifications

• 1-5 years’ experience in billing and/or collections
• A Business/Accounting degree is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills required
• Attention to detail and analysis skills are valued
• NetSuite and Epicor experience is helpful
