About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Medical Billing Specialist II to lead our billing team and manage accounts receivable processes. This role is responsible for accurate and timely billing, claims follow-up, and resolution of unpaid insurance accounts, while maintaining full compliance with all regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities
- Lead billing team in accurate and timely billing processes
- Manage claims follow-up and resolution of unpaid insurance accounts
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines
Requirements
- Two years of previous hospital/UB billing and follow-up experience required
- Previous experience billing for a Critical Access Hospital is preferred
