Billing Specialist position with a focus on ground and miscellaneous billing activities.
Responsibilities
- Compile owner ground activity and service documentation to determine appropriate invoice charges.
- Apply and approve invoice charges.
- Maintain up-to-date customer records.
- Review and resolve discrepancies in ground billing and miscellaneous billing.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of billing experience.
- Proficiency in Excel, including formulas and V-Lookups.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
