Billing Specialist

What You Will Be Doing

• Create and issue invoices to customers
• Audit incoming invoices and documentation from carriers
• Process credit memos
• Follow up on missing documentation and unbilled orders
• Research and resolve invoicing issues
• Answer the phone and respond to carrier payment inquiries

Requirements

• High School diploma
• Previous experience as a billing specialist or similar role
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Prior experience with McLeod or EPay is preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
• Strong attention to detail
