Responsibilities
- Document billing-focused execution with invoice review, ensuring each checkpoint includes a visible source, owner, status, and next action.
- Maintain role documentation with status tracking for billing processes, adhering to a specialized-execution work profile.
- Reconcile accounts with deadline management, ensuring unresolved items are assigned owners and errors are surfaced before downstream rework.
- Coordinate documentation with reporting, ensuring clarity and compliance within the Travel Group Luxembourg network.
- Review quality control and workflow management to maintain financial record integrity under the demands of the travel agency network.

- Apply data accuracy while tracking evidence and deadlines without assumptions.

Pay
Base salary: $43,000–$65,000 per year.
Schedule
Full-time, 100% remote within the United States.
