Responsibilities

• Maintain billing-focused specialist processes, including invoice review, to ensure visible source, owner, status, and next action for all checkpoints within the operating context.
• Reconcile consultant role documentation with status tracking, ensuring clear visibility of billing-related actions and dependencies.
• Coordinate reconciliation activities with deadline management, maintaining a billing-focused execution profile.
• Review documentation and generate reports to support billing accuracy and compliance.
• Implement document quality control and workflow management to uphold financial record integrity.
• Apply judgment in follow-up actions, particularly when billing depends on external confirmations rather than assumptions.
• Escalate issues and track exceptions to ensure unresolved items are addressed before causing downstream rework.

Position Details

This is a full-time, associate-level position, 100% remote within the United States.

Pay

Base salary: $43,000–$65,000 per year.
