Position summary: Roy Jorgensen is seeking a full-time Billing Specialist responsible for overseeing highway accident property damage claims, including claims analysis, billing, and collections. This includes investigating claim details, preparing accurate invoices, and following up on outstanding payments. Responsibilities Review and prepare invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness of billing dataMonitor and follow up on outstanding invoices, ensuring timely payments from customersRespond to customer inquiries regarding billing and paymentResolve billing issues, such as discrepancies or disputes, by communicating with customersMaintain accurate and complete billing records and reportsProvide excellent customer service to the customers Required Experience/Skills Time and Material billing preparationsAccounting degree or comparable work Proficiency in general computer skills to include MS Word, ExcelStrong organization and independent work skillsExcellent attention to detail and analytical abilitiesEffective written and verbal communication skills Customer service-focused approach Minimum 10 years billing or accounting experience Schedule: Full time Monday - Friday Total Compensation Package to include: Competitive base pay, annual profitability based bonus, recognition incentives and extensive training opportunities.
