Billing and Accounting Overview

Petroleum Traders Corporation is seeking a full-time Billing and Accounting Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in billing, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with vendors and other teams to collect and input paperwork into the billing system
• Resolve any issues that may arise during the billing process
• Print and download invoices from suppliers' websites as a backup

Requirements

• Prior billing experience
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Microsoft Great Plains/Dynamics (a plus)
• Effective communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Keen attention to detail

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable (preferred)
• 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable (preferred)
