The Billing Specialist at PerLuxe Travels improves financial record integrity while supporting premium resorts, cruises, Disney trips, family and couples travel, group planning, quotes, and travel-rule research. The role ensures every handoff clearly shows what is complete, what is pending, and who owns the next step within billing specialized execution for premium travel research.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Billing Specialist workflow by reconciling discrepancies before reporting or processing.
• Track unresolved financial exceptions and maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Protect confidential account information and review financial inputs against supporting records.
• Ensure financial record integrity is accurate, secure, traceable, and ready for the next authorized teammate.

What success looks like

Quality work is visible when financial records are accurate enough for others to act on, and unresolved items are documented rather than guessed. Success is measured through precise billing execution within premium travel research.

Schedule

Full-time, 100% remote within the United States.

Pay

Base salary: $45,000–$65,000 per year.
