We could also separate Requirements vs Qualifications but instruction says use headings like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We have qualifications covered. Could also have a Skills section but we can embed in qualifications. We need Pay, Schedule, Benefits sections. Pay: Anticipated Hiring Range $44,000 - $47,000. Schedule: Monday-Friday; 8am-5pm; occasional overtime. Benefits: list from Wolfpack Perks And Benefits. We need to preserve all substantive info: list includes Medical, Dental, and Vision; Flexible Spending Account; Retirement Programs; Disability Plans; Life Insurance; Accident Plan; Paid Time Off and Other Leave Programs; 12 Holidays Each Year; Tuition and Academic Assistance; Childcare benefits; Wellness & Recreation Membership; Wellness Programs. We should output as- items.
We must not include boilerplate like "Disclaimer: Perks and Benefit eligibility is based on Part-Time or Full-Time Employment status." That's somewhat substantive? It's a disclaimer about eligibility; maybe we can keep? The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. This disclaimer is about benefits eligibility; might be considered legal? It's not EEO but it's a disclaimer. Safer to drop it.
Also remove "Attain Work-life balance with our Childcare benefits, Wellness & Recreation Membership , and Wellness Programs that aim to build a thriving wolfpack community." That's part of benefits description; we can incorporate into list items maybe.
We need to preserve all substantive info; we can incorporate that sentence into benefits list items.
Let's craft Benefits section:
Benefits
- Medical, Dental, and Vision
- Flexible Spending Account
- Retirement Programs
- Disability Plans
- Life Insurance
- Accident Plan
- Paid Time Off and Other Leave Programs
- 12 Holidays Each Year
- Tuition and Academic Assistance
- Childcare benefits
- Wellness & Recreation Membership
- Wellness Programs
Pay
Anticipated Hiring Range: $44,000 - $47,000.
Schedule
Monday‑Friday; 8 am‑5 pm; occasional overtime.
We need to ensure we use proper hyphens? Use regular hyphen. Now ensure we didn't repeat job title. Not included. Check for any other substantive content: "Working Title Billing Specialist" - we shouldn't repeat job title as heading but we could mention it in a paragraph? The instruction says do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it). It doesn't forbid mentioning it elsewhere, but better to avoid duplication. We can omit. Also "Anticipated Hiring Range" we used. "Work Schedule" we used. "Job Location Raleigh, NC" - location is substantive; we should include maybe in About the role or a separate section? There's no heading for Location; we could add a paragraph under About the role or maybe a separate "Location" section but not in allowed headings list. The instruction says use h3 for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could include location in About the role paragraph. Add location: "Located in Raleigh, NC." Also "Department 192001 - CVM Teaching Hospital" - we could include in About the role. Let's incorporate. Now check for any other content: "Position Number 00108397 Position Type SHRA Position Classification Band Title Administrative Support Specialist Position Classification Band Level Journey Position Classification Salary Range $ 34,602 - $ 58,870 Salary Grade Equivalency NC09 Alternate Option If no applicants apply who meet the required competency level and training & experience requirements, then management may consider other applicants. Salary would be determined based on competencies, equity, budget, and market considerations. Full Time Equivalent (FTE) (1.0 = 40 hours/week) 1.0 Appointment 12 Month Recurring Mandatory Designation - Adverse Weather Non Mandatory - Adverse Weather Mandatory Designation - Emergency Events Non Mandatory - Emergency Event Time Limited Position No Time-Limited Appointment Length (if applicable) Department Id 192001 - CVM Teaching Hospital" Much of this is internal HR metadata; likely considered boilerplate? The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. This internal classification may be considered boilerplate; not sure. It's substantive info about position classification, salary range, FTE, etc. However we already have Pay section with anticipated hiring range; the position classification salary range is broader ($34,602 - $58,870). That is also substantive. Should we include? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should include that salary range as well? But we already have Pay section with anticipated hiring range; we could include both: maybe note "Position classification salary range: $34,602 - $58,870; anticipated hiring range: $44,000 - $47,000." However we must avoid duplication. The anticipated hiring range is a subset; we could combine. Better to include both: maybe a paragraph under Pay: "Position classification salary range: $34,602 – $58,870; anticipated hiring range for this role: $44,000 – $47,000." Also FTE 1.0 (full-time) and appointment 12 month recurring. That's substantive about schedule? Could add to Schedule section: "Full-time (1.0 FTE), 12‑month recurring appointment." Also "Mandatory Designation - Adverse Weather Non Mandatory - Adverse Weather Mandatory Designation - Emergency Events Non Mandatory - Emergency Event" seems like flags; maybe not needed. We should also include "Position Type SHRA" maybe not needed. We need to decide what to keep. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep all details that are not boilerplate like EEO, legal, navigation, cookie, scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. The internal classification details (Position Number, Position Type, Band Title, Band Level, Salary Grade Equivalency, Alternate Option, FTE, Appointment, Mandatory Designations, Time Limited Position, Department Id) are substantive HR metadata. However many of these may be considered boilerplate for internal tracking but still substantive. The instruction didn't explicitly say to drop them; only said remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we should keep them. Thus we need to include a section for Position Details maybe? But we don't have a heading for that in the list; we could add a heading like "Position Details" but not in the allowed examples. The instruction says use h3 for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It gives examples but not exclusive list; we could still use other headings if needed, but they said prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could incorporate those details into existing sections: Pay (salary ranges, FTE), Schedule (appointment length), maybe a separate "Position Details" but that would be thin. Better to incorporate. Let's incorporate: - Pay: include both position classification salary range and anticipated hiring range, plus FTE. - Schedule: include work schedule and appointment length (12 month recurring) and maybe FTE
