The role ensures billing execution within resort travel support is precise, separating confirmed facts from assumptions and unresolved questions.

Capabilities

• Use Invoice Review and Confidentiality confidently in billing execution for resort travel support.
• Apply Caribbean Travel Planning while tracking exceptions, owners, and deadlines tied to billing.
• Document Family Vacation Operations decisions clearly for seamless handoffs to teammates.
• Exercise sound judgment in Transaction Review, escalating issues instead of making assumptions.

Responsibilities

• Track unresolved financial exceptions to maintain workflow integrity.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation for billing processes.
• Protect confidential account information during billing execution.
• Review financial inputs against supporting records for accuracy.
• Reconcile discrepancies before reporting or processing.

Full-time, associate-level position. 100% remote within the United States.

Pay

Base salary: $45,000–$65,000 per year.
