Responsibilities
- Coordinate billing processes with invoice review, ensuring traceability and accountability for each checkpoint.
- Review official travel role documentation with status tracking to maintain visibility of source, owner, and next steps.
- Perform document reconciliation with deadline management, ensuring unresolved items are assigned owners.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting for all billing activities.
- Reconcile quality control with workflow management to prevent downstream rework and surface repeated errors.

Pay
