Billing Specialist

What You Will Do Invoicing, credits, debits, etc. (customer account maintenance)Proactively communicating to various departments on problem accountsWorking with the Collections Department to resolve customer billing issues.Providing timely responses to customer and employee requests for informationPreparing information required for the month-end, and quarter-endAccount reconciliation What Are We Looking For Education in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldExperience in Accounts Receivable, Finance, or relevant experience What Will Make You Stand Out Proven attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to process large volumes of transactions efficiently while maintaining data integrityExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills Compensation Details The potential hourly pay rate is $19 to $21, with eligibility for bonus or merit program. Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, market conditions, and internal equity.
