The Billing Specialist at GoHiya will take ownership of financial record integrity within inbound and outbound customer support, chat, email, quality, workforce, CRM, and client-service operations. This role focuses on billing specialized execution within contact center operations, ensuring work leaves clear owners, evidence, and next actions visible.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Billing Specialist workflow by reviewing financial inputs against supporting records.
• Reconcile discrepancies before reporting or processing to maintain financial accuracy.
• Track unresolved financial exceptions and maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality of account information while ensuring traceability.

Skills

• Use Contact Center Operations and Financial Analysis confidently in billing execution.
• Apply Variance Analysis while tracking exceptions, owners, and deadlines.
• Document Payment Tracking decisions clearly for team collaboration.
• Exercise sound judgment in Account Analysis, escalating when necessary.

Employment Overview

Pay

Base salary: $45,000–$65,000 per year.
