• Own the Billing Specialist workflow by protecting confidential account information within dementia care navigation support.
• Coordinate the workflow by reviewing financial inputs against supporting records.
• Reconcile discrepancies before reporting or processing to maintain accurate financial records.
• Maintain the workflow by tracking unresolved financial exceptions.
• Ensure audit-ready documentation is consistently maintained.
• Deliver dependable financial record integrity: clean records, explicit ownership, timely escalation, and fewer downstream fixes.

Pay

Base salary: $45,000–$65,000 per year.
