About the role

Responsible for managing the pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and providing patient care services.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily pharmacy operations including inventory management, medication dispensing, and customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
  • Manage staff performance and conduct regular training sessions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.
  • Valid pharmacist license.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a pharmacy setting.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using pharmacy software systems.

Skills

  • Knowledge of pharmaceuticals and pharmacology.
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
