About The Opportunity
Billing Specialist
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and process customer invoices in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate billing records and account documentation
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries
- Reconcile accounts and support month-end closing activities
- Monitor outstanding balances and assist with collections efforts as needed
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure billing accuracy and compliance
- Generate billing reports and provide administrative support to the finance team
Qualifications
- Previous experience in billing, accounts receivable, accounting, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Experience working with accounting or ERP software preferred
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred
