What You’ll Do
- Manage AIA billing, including applications for payment and progress billings
- Prepare, review, and submit invoices in alignment with contract requirements
- Track project costs, change orders, and billing timelines
- Parel with project managers to collect billing data and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain organized records for billing, compliance, and audit support
