Responsibilities

• Manage construction billing processes, including AIA applications and progress billing
• Prepare and submit invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract terms
• Track project costs, change orders, and payment status
• Collaborate with project managers to gather billing details and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain organized billing records and support audit/documentation needs

Requirements

• Experience with construction billing, including AIA billing
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data
• Solid communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in construction billing
