Billing Specialist

About the role

As a Billing Specialist at Biz Voice Boost Inc., you will work directly on financial record integrity in support of customer communication, contact-center support, outreach, quality, workforce, communications, and service operations. This role focuses on billing specialized execution within contact-center service support, ensuring owners, evidence, and next actions are clearly visible.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Billing Specialist workflow by reviewing financial inputs against supporting records.
• Track and reconcile discrepancies before reporting or processing.
• Own unresolved financial exceptions and ensure they are properly documented.
• Coordinate audit-ready documentation for billing processes.
• Review and protect confidential account information.

Success Profile

• Use Transaction Review and Invoice Review confidently in billing execution.
• Apply confidentiality while tracking exceptions, owners, and deadlines.
• Document decisions clearly so teammates can follow the reasoning.
• Use sound judgment in Workforce and Quality Support, escalating when necessary.

Quality Standard: Success means financial records are current, exceptions have owners, and authorized teammates can continue work without reconstructing history.

Pay

Base salary: $45,000–$65,000 per year.

Schedule

Full-time, 100% remote within the United States. Associate-level position.
