Billing Specialist at A Full Renovation – Interiors & Design Location: Remote - United States Job Type: Full Time Salary: $40,000-$50,000 per year About The Role A Full Renovation – Interiors & Design is hiring a Billing Specialist to support billing preparation, account review, payment-status support, and accurate financial documentation. The role is fully remote within the United States and is designed for someone who values accurate work, clear documentation, and dependable follow-through. Remote work requires dependable self-management. You will be expected to keep priorities organized, communicate blockers promptly, and use shared systems in a way that makes progress and ownership easy to see. Accuracy should be preserved even when volume increases. If a deadline conflicts with the quality required to complete work responsibly, you should raise the issue early and make the tradeoff visible to the appropriate owner. The work supports interior design and remodeling operations, including project documentation, client coordination, selection tracking, and business records as relevant to the position. Key Responsibilities Maintain organized records of invoices, corrections, and account-related correspondence.Communicate professionally regarding missing information or routine billing questions.Assist with recurring reconciliations and account-status reporting.Document changes so account history remains understandable and traceable.Prepare or review routine billing records using approved account and service information.Enter billing adjustments or account information when properly authorized. Qualifications Willingness to learn internal billing procedures and approval controls.Accuracy when working with amounts, dates, account details, and invoice information.Basic understanding of billing, invoicing, or accounts-receivable concepts.Ability to research routine discrepancies before escalating them.Reliable follow-through on open billing questions and corrections. You do not need to know every internal system on day one; the important foundation is careful work, willingness to learn, and consistent follow-through.
