Responsibilities
- Process and review transportation-related AP, AR, and driver pay transactions accurately and timely.
- Reconcile operational data with financial records to ensure billing and settlement accuracy.
- Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies, billing disputes, and settlement issues with customers and carriers.
- Prepare monthly accruals, settlement reports, and supporting documentation for month-end closing.
- Collaborate with Operations, Dispatch, Warehouse, and Accounting teams to improve data accuracy and process efficiency.
- Support reporting, data analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives related to TKC settlement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred (Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field) or equivalent work experience
- 0-3 years of equivalent work experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Accounting, or related fields
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to review and interpret operational and financial data
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting functions
- Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience in logistics, transportation, settlement, accounting, or related fields is preferred
- Korean language skills preferred (basic to conversational)
Pay
The base salary range for this role is between $55,000 - $70,000 yearly, and your base salary will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.
