It addresses the complexities of healthcare billing by managing patient, client, and third-party insurance accounts to support accurate and timely revenue collection.About the OpportunityThe Billing Representative II handles complex billing activities and provides support across patient, client, and insurance accounts. This role contributes to accurate revenue collection by resolving billing issues, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring billing processes are completed efficiently and accurately.Responsibilities• Collaborate with Billing Representatives and other team members to resolve complex billing issues.• Process and manage billing for patients, clients, and third-party insurance.• Research account information and resolve billing discrepancies as needed.• Support accurate and timely revenue collection.• Maintain accurate billing records and documentation.• Communicate professionally with internal teams and other stakeholders regarding billing issues.• Follow established billing procedures, policies, and quality standards.• Perform additional billing-related duties as assigned.Requirements• Relevant skills, training, experience, education, and certifications applicable to the role.• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.• Ability to manage complex billing issues and resolve discrepancies effectively.• Strong organizational and communication skills.• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.Pay Range and Compensation Package• Pay range: $17.20–$23.00 per hour.• Compensation is based on skills, training, experience, education, certifications, and applicable market and organizational factors.• Eligibility for annual performance bonus compensation.Benefits & Perks• Medical, supplemental health, dental, and vision insurance for full-time employees working 30+ hours.• Well-being programs including no-cost annual health assessments and mental health support.• Vacation, health/flex time, and 6 holidays plus 1 personal day off.• Financial coaching and services.• 401(k) plan with company match up to 5% after 12 months.• Employee stock purchase plan.• Life and disability insurance with buy-up options.• Flexible Spending Accounts.• Matching gifts program.• Education assistance.• Career advancement opportunities.
