Billing & PO Receiving Specialist About the Opportunity Our client, a growing manufacturing organization in Windsor, CT, is seeking a Billing & PO Receiving Specialist to support their accounting and operations teams. This position will be responsible for customer billing, purchase order receiving, vendor invoice processing, and transaction support within Microsoft Dynamics 365. The ideal candidate will have prior billing and purchase order experience, be detail-oriented, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This is an immediate need as a temp opportunity. Responsibilities Process customer billing and related accounting transactionsReceive and match purchase orders within Microsoft Dynamics 365Review, verify, and process vendor invoicesAssist with account reconciliations and transaction accuracyMaintain organized and accurate accounting recordsResearch and resolve discrepancies related to invoices, purchase orders, and billing activitySupport month-end accounting processes as neededAssist with revenue recognition activities when applicableCollaborate with accounting, purchasing, and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate processing Qualifications Previous experience in billing, accounts receivable, purchase order processing, or a related accounting support roleExperience receiving and matching purchase ordersPrior experience processing vendor invoicesMicrosoft Dynamics 365 (D365) experience required.Revenue recognition experience is a plus but not requiredAccounting coursework or an accounting degree is a plus but not required Schedule Monday - Friday8:00 AM - 5:00 PMFully onsite in Windsor, CT Pay $22.00 - $24.00 per hourTemp Opportunity All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
