The Center for Sports Medicine & Orthopaedics is Chattanooga's leading provider of multi-specialty orthopaedic care since 1979. We have 12 convenient locations in Chattanooga, North Georgia, and the surrounding area. We offer advanced sports medicine, orthopaedics, surgery, physical and occupational therapy, and sports training.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer service in a medical phone queue environment
• Communicate effectively with patients
• Promote the company's Culture of Excellence framework

Requirements

• Previous experience handling customer service in a medical phone queue environment preferred
• Strong and effective communication skills when interacting with patients
• Ability to uphold and promote the company's Culture of Excellence framework, with a focus on patient care, professionalism, and integrity

Schedule

Remote position - must be within 90-mile radius of Chattanooga, TN. No nights/weekends/holidays.
