Billing Manager

- Oversee the weekly billing cycle - Manage carrier invoice reconciliation - Ensure billing accuracy - Partner with Accounting and Operations to support a fast-paced environment

Requirements

- 5+ years of billing or transportation accounting experience - Leadership experience managing or mentoring a billing team - Experience with weekly billing cycles and parcel billing - Knowledge of carrier invoices, including freight charges, taxes, duties, surcharges, and fees - Experience working with carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS - NetSuite experience required - Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and data analysis - Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Pay

USD35 - USD55 per hour
