Billing Manager

About the role

Utilizes specialized knowledge to execute tasks, lead smaller projects or oversee specific components of larger initiatives. Addresses non-routine problems and contributes to process improvements by applying technical or professional expertise. Decision-making is informed by established practices and past experience, ensuring effective and informed outcomes. OR May oversee the daily activities of team members within a specific area, to ensure task completion, and coordinating with other supervisors as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Develops promotion production plans, budgets and forecasts based on past results, updates same based on new data and monitors results to determine campaign effectiveness.
• Negotiates and purchases advertising placements on behalf of an organization in alignment with the advertising campaign plan.
• Ensures advertising and promotional campaigns are targeted to the appropriate audiences through the appropriate media outlets and tracks reach of campaigns to ensure optimized spend of advertising budget.

Pay

The salary range for this position is posted below. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, tenure and standing with the Company (applicable to current employees), as well as the employee's/applicant's skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.

Schedule

Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom's corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
