Billing Coordinator
We're looking for a detail-oriented Billing Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has strong time management skills, stays composed under pressure, and consistently meets deadlines. Because client billing requirements vary, this person must be able to quickly adapt to different rules and processes from client to client. This role requires clear, effective communication with project managers and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
- Create and send accurate invoices to clients based on custom billing rules.
- Research disputed invoices.
- Edit/Create Excel files and PDFs (V-Lookup, Pivot tables, and Macro abilities desired).
- Project cost-tracking experience.
- Ensure that client-driven billing requirements are met.
- Work closely with Project Managers and Billing Manager to ensure client needs are met.
- Willingness to add/grow in responsibilities.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Directly related experience in which incumbents have worked with customers in a billing function.
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of billing transactions and processes.
- High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
- Excellent data entry skills.
- Effective verbal, listening, and written communication skills.
- Effective organizational, stress, and time management skills.

Schedule
Standard business hours are Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm. The specific schedule for this role will be based on location and department.
Must be authorized to work in the United States. Travel to worksites may be required.
