Billing Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Process accounting documents, including purchasing and vendor invoices.
• Process customer invoicing for HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical T&M, Flat Rates, and Quotes.
• Handle job cost project billing using percentage of completion and completed contract methods.
• Understand and manage Davis Bacon invoicing.
• Identify and resolve customer billing complaints.
• Ensure specific customer invoice requirements are met to facilitate timely processing.
• Maintain and create organized filing systems to support document retention policies.
• Assist management in collections.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Adhere to safety and health protocols, including stopping work if unsafe conditions arise and reporting hazards to supervisors.
• Implement and maintain all safety and health systems practices, including completing RK Mechanical Orientation training.

Requirements

• Receives direct supervision and performs administrative or technical responsibilities based on established guidelines and processes.
• Coordinates tasks within a defined range of responsibilities to accomplish structured or recurring work.
• Entry-level, non-exempt position; 3+ years of relevant experience is not required.
