Provide financial, administrative, and clerical support to the organization. This role includes controlling expenses by processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner according to established policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Verify accuracy of billing data and revise any errors.
  • Transfer data from company systems to various customer reporting systems.
  • Run reports, analyze invoicing variances, and provide answers to customer inquiries.
  • Create customer invoices.
  • Assist in resolving past due invoices.
  • Keep billing and invoicing statuses current and on track.
  • Communicate any necessary changes to customers in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records.
  • Comply with all PRS policies regarding Billing functions and Revenue Recognition.
  • Complete heavy workload within established time frames.
  • Work independently and identify potentially more effective methods of work operation.
  • Adapt to frequent changes in workload and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher level of education preferred.
  • Advanced Windows operating systems experience.
  • Intermediate to advanced level of proficiency in Excel.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • 2-5 years of billing experience at a manufacturing facility (Skill Level II).
  • Understanding of Recycling operations a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with a sense of urgency and follow-through.
  • High degree of professionalism when interacting with customers.
  • Proven interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well with all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to multi-task, work independently, and efficiently.
  • Adapt to frequent changes in workload and priority as circumstances dictate.
  • Reliable, responsible, and dependable at fulfilling obligations.
