Billing Coordinator

Description Foreman Friedman, P.A. is a boutique maritime and admiralty defense litigation firm in Miami representing cruise lines, shipping companies, and international insurers in complex admiralty and personal injury matters. We're hiring a Billing Coordinator to own our billing production cycle end to end. You'll Be Responsible For Generating draft prebills each billing cycle for attorney reviewFollowing up directly with attorneys on missing or incomplete time entriesFinalizing and sending client invoices once prebills are approvedEntering billable costs in ClioPreparing and submitting LEDES e-billing files to insurance carrier portals (AIG, Carnival, and others)Handling e-billing rejections and appeals when a carrier reduces or bounces an invoicePosting AR payments in ClioProducing and monitoring AR aging reportsTracking vendor bills (read-only) and preparing checks for reviewPreparing payroll for review and processing in Paylocity Requirements Qualifications: Experience with legal billing and e-billing platforms (Clio, CounselLink, Legal-X, or similar) strongly preferredComfortable following up with attorneys on outstanding itemsHigh attention to detail — this role requires zero-error invoice totals and LEDES formattingPrior law firm or professional services billing experience a plusOrganized, deadline-driven, and able to manage a recurring monthly production cycle
