Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue accurate billing statements in a timely manner.

• Process purchase orders and ensure order entries are correctly documented.
• Enter vendor invoices into the system with precision and attention to detail.
• Maintain organized vendor files to support streamlined operations.
• Build and manage strong relationships with vendors to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Assist with resolving discrepancies in billing and payment records.
• Collaborate with team members to improve billing processes and workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in billing or administrative roles.
• Proficiency in computerized billing systems and related software.
• Strong understanding of billing functions, including statements and collections.
• Ability to accurately process purchase orders and vendor invoices.
• Familiarity with maintaining vendor files and managing vendor relationships.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with vendors and team members.
