• Occasional need to work overtime to support the firm's goals

Requirements

• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook
• Effective oral and written communication skills, including interaction with all levels of staff and attorneys
• Experience with electronic billing preferred
• Customer service orientation with strong problem-solving skills
• Detailed and organized work habits
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
