Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices through TurboPro and generate corresponding customer invoices.
• Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies.
• Partner with the sales team to confirm purchase orders and sales pricing.
• Respond to accounting inquiries related to invoicing in a timely manner.
• Manage invoices requiring credits, including placing holds, following up with vendors, and routing to the correct team members.
• Monitor the general email mailbox for Bartos and route emails/documents to the appropriate team members.
• Send finalized credits and related invoices to the accounting team for processing.
• Use critical thinking to prioritize tasks and resolve issues effectively.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of administrative or office experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong collaboration skills with both internal teams and external vendors.
• Ability to type at least 60 WPM.
