Billing Claims Specialist

Doctors of Physical Therapy is a growing rehabilitation company founded in 2005. Our billing team is vital to the success of our company. For this important role, we are looking for a reliable and professional team member with employment goals for a career, not just a job! THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION.

Responsibilities

• Patient claims management, correction, submission and follow up
• Billing calls (from clinics, patients & therapists)
• Cross training in all departments in billing
• Special projects assigned by Billing Supervisor and/or Manager

Requirements

• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast‑changing environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word
• Attention to detail with an eye for accuracy
• Creative, self‑disciplined, and capable of identifying and completing critical tasks independently and with a sense of urgency
• Enthusiastic, able to multi‑task and proactively problem solve

Schedule

Hours: Monday‑Friday 8am‑4:30pm or 8:30am‑5pm
