Billing Business Analyst

Estimated duration is 12+ months with possible extensions. Work setting is 100% on-site at the client's location. No telecommuting or remote work is allowed.

Required qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years as a Business Analyst focused on billing.
• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Availability to work 100% on-site in Warren, NJ.

Preferred qualifications

• A bachelor's degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct analyses and prepare reports to support business operations.
• Perform quantitative and qualitative research to improve billing timeliness and accuracy and to support small to medium projects.
• Assist with process design and modifications for continuous improvement.
• Communicate with customers, internal teams, and external partners to resolve billing concerns and manage collections.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
