We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat job title as heading (page already shows it). Do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We need to parse the posting. The posting includes: - Intro about firm: "Our Firm Sorren is a top 50 national advisory firm ..." This is about the firm, could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is typical heading for description of role. But we have "Your Journey" etc. Might treat as "About the role" or "About Sorren". The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can use those headings if content matches. We have sections: - "Your Journey" (maybe part of About the role). It describes team members support the firm by delivering timely, accurate work and maintaining clear communication... etc. That's more about expectations/values. Could be part of "About the role" or "Responsibilities"? Might be better as "About the role". - "Position Summary" then bullet list of duties: Billing Management, Accounts Receivable Management, Payment Administration, Reporting & Analysis, Client Financial Support. Those are responsibilities. - Then "Requirements": Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting, Experience with CCH Axcess and Aiwyn, Prior experience with billing and AR collections, Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel experience. - Then "Why Choose Us?" then "What We Offer*:" list of benefits: Generous paid time off, Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement savings plan, Paid holidays, including a firmwide winter break (December 24 – January 1), Paid parental leave (available after one year of service), Mentorship and career development programs, CPA exam support to help you succeed on the path to licensure, Firm-sponsored events and spontaneous team activities, Celebrations to mark milestones like the end of busy season and the holidays, Benefits are available to full-time employees regularly scheduled to work at least 30 hours per week. - Then copyright and legal boilerplate (should be removed). Also there is a note about © 2025 etc. That's boilerplate, remove. - There's no explicit Pay or Schedule info. So we should NOT create Pay or Schedule sections. - Benefits: we have a list, so we can create Benefits section. - Qualifications: maybe same as Requirements? The instruction includes Qualifications as possible heading. We have Requirements; we could map to Requirements or Qualifications. Since they said use headings e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have Requirements content; we could put under Requirements heading. Could also put under Qualifications if we think it's qualifications. But we have both Requirements and maybe Skills? The posting includes "Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel experience" which is a skill. Could separate Skills section. But we prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine Requirements and Skills into one Requirements section, or we could have Requirements and Skills separate if they are distinct. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe combine into Requirements (including education, experience, skills). That seems fine. - About the role: we have "Your Journey" and maybe the intro about firm. Could be About the role. - Responsibilities: we have the Position Summary bullet list. - Benefits: we have the What We Offer list. Thus we will output:

    About the role

Our Firm Sorren is a top 50 national advisory firm that blends deep expertise with a human-first approach. We don’t just work with numbers—we work with people, building lasting relationships and delivering strategic solutions in accounting, assurance, tax, advisory, and private client services. At Sorren, we believe that success is a shared journey. Your Journey Our team members support the firm by delivering timely, accurate work and maintaining clear communication. They take ownership of their development, seek feedback, and build strong relationships. By managing responsibilities effectively and aligning their efforts with firm values, they establish a foundation for long-term success and growth. All team members are expected to excel in Relationships, Communication, Quality Service, Operational Excellence, and Innovation & Growth, contributing to the firm’s success through collaboration, exceptional service, and continuous growth.

But note: we should not duplicate sentences? The "Your Journey" paragraph is separate; we can combine into one

or two. It's okay. Then Responsibilities:

    Responsibilities

    • Billing Management: Coordinate billing preparation and processing; Monitor billing status and follow up on outstanding billings; Prepare billing reports and dashboards; Support billing deadlines and production goals; Assist partners with billing-related inquiries; Serve as liaison with National Billing Team and offshore billing support.
    • Accounts Receivable Management: Manage collection activities and AR follow-up; Monitor aging reports; Contact clients regarding outstanding invoices; Document collection efforts and commitments; Escalate collection concerns when appropriate; Respond to client billing and payment inquiries.
    • Payment Administration: Coordinate payment posting activities; Work with offshore payment posting resources; Research unapplied and undistributed payments; Resolve payment discrepancies; Coordinate refunds and payment adjustments when needed.
    • Reporting & Analysis: AR reporting; Collection reporting; WIP and billing status reporting; Cash collections tracking; Partner billing and collection summaries.
    • Client Financial Support: Respond to billing questions; Provide copies of invoices and statements; Coordinate payment-related communications; Support client payment portal inquiries.
But we need to keep each duty as separate
  • maybe. The instruction: Use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we could break each bullet into separate
    • . The posting has headings within Position Summary: Billing Management, Accounts Receivable Management, etc. Each has multiple items separated by semicolons. We could treat each line as separate
    • . Or we could keep each heading as a
    • with subtext. Simpler: make each bullet as a
    • containing the heading and its details. Thus:
      • Billing Management: Coordinate billing preparation and processing; Monitor billing status and follow up on outstanding billings; Prepare billing reports and dashboards; Support billing deadlines and production goals; Assist partners with billing-related inquiries; Serve as liaison with National Billing Team and offshore billing support.
      • Accounts Receivable Management: Manage collection activities and AR follow-up; Monitor aging reports; Contact clients regarding outstanding invoices; Document collection efforts and commitments; Escalate collection concerns when appropriate; Respond to client billing and payment inquiries.
      • Payment Administration: Coordinate payment posting activities; Work with offshore payment posting resources; Research unapplied and undistributed payments; Resolve payment discrepancies; Coordinate refunds and payment adjustments when needed.
      • Reporting & Analysis: AR reporting; Collection reporting; WIP and billing status reporting; Cash collections tracking; Partner billing and collection summaries.
      • Client Financial Support: Respond to billing questions; Provide copies of invoices and statements; Coordinate payment-related communications; Support client payment portal inquiries.
We can avoid if not needed; just plain text. Then Requirements:

      Requirements

      • Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting
      • Experience with CCH Axcess and Aiwyn
      • Prior experience with billing and AR collections
      • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel experience
      Then Benefits:

      Benefits

      • Generous paid time off
      • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus life and disability insurance
      • 401(k) retirement savings plan
      • Paid holidays, including a firmwide winter break (December 24 – January 1)
      • Paid parental leave (available after one year of service)
      • Mentorship and career development programs
      • CPA exam support to help you succeed on the path to licensure
      • Firm-sponsored events and spontaneous team activities
      • Celebrations to mark milestones like the end of busy season and the holidays
      • Benefits are available to full-time employees regularly scheduled to work at least 30 hours per week
We should not include the copyright/legal boilerplate. Also remove the "Why Choose Us?" heading as it's not in allowed list; we can incorporate its content into Benefits or About the role. The "Why Choose Us?" paragraph: "At Sorren, we’re invested in your growth—both personally and professionally. We’ll support you as you advance in your career while also giving you the flexibility to enjoy life outside of work. We believe balance fuels success, and we’ve designed our culture and benefits to reflect that." This is more about culture/benefits; we could incorporate into About the role or Benefits. Since we already have About the role covering firm culture, we could add that paragraph there. But we must not duplicate. We could add a

after the About the role paragraph that includes that. However we must avoid filler. It's substantive. Thus About the role could have two paragraphs: first about firm, second about Why Choose Us? (or we could merge). Let's do:

      About the role

Then after that we have "Your Journey" paragraph. That also describes expectations. Could be part of
