Billing Analyst- 100% Remote

KBW Financial Staffing is working with a leading SaaS client in Boston, MA that is looking for a Billing Analyst to join their team. This is a hybrid contract position that is paying between $29-$33/hr depending on experience. The Responsibilities For This Role Manage the full billing cycle, ensuring accurate invoicing, cash application, collections, and timely payment processing across direct and reseller accountsSupport month-end close by preparing reconciliations, journal entries, billing reports, and audit documentation while maintaining accurate revenue recognitionPartner with internal departments to resolve billing issues, manage exception-based billing, and ensure compliance with booking policiesIdentify process improvements, maintain customer payment portals, and help strengthen billing procedures, internal controls, and team training The Experience Required For This Role 3+ years of accounts receivable/billing experience, preferably in a SaaS or technology environmentStrong understanding of the full billing cycle, including subscription billing and commercial contract termsExperience with marketplace billing and third-party invoicing platformsProficiency with Excel, Salesforce, NetSuite, and Google Workspace; Avalara experience is a plusBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field Compensation: $29-$33/hr For immediate consideration, please submit an updated copy of your resume in Word format to Colin McDonnell at cmcdonnell@kbwfinancial.com. *KBW789*
