Billboard Installer

About the role

Installs posters and bulletins as well as performs maintenance as required to the physical structure and surrounding property. In addition, performs work on all Digital Assets as required.

Responsibilities

• Climb fixed, portable and/or extension ladders to heights up to 125 feet multiple times daily.
• Work from elevated platforms up to 125 feet in height for up to 70% of the work day.
• Lift weight up to 100 lbs. without restrictions or limitations through demonstrated safe lifting practices.
• Use an oxygen/acetylene torch.
• Use an AC/DC welder.
• Operate gas-powered equipment, such as lawn mowers, chain saws, generators, compressors, paint sprayers, etc.
• Operate company vehicles with a valid driver’s license.
• Utilize all safety-related equipment as mandated by Adams Outdoor Advertising operating procedures.
• Apply basic mathematics skills such as adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing.
• Have a full range of motion to install and maintain posters and bulletin signage.
• Work in all weather conditions when necessary.
• Tolerate the risk of exposure associated with an outdoor environment.
• Comply and adhere to all company policies, procedures and guidelines without exception.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate effectively with external and internal clients at all levels.
• Highly adaptable to changing work environments.
• Ability to travel as required.
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks and assignments.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
