Responsibilities

• Process direct client payments to vendors accurately and efficiently
• Conduct vendor analysis to ensure timely and correct payments
• Resolve payment exceptions and troubleshoot vendor issues
• Collaborate with internal teams to support Yardi clients and ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Associate degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, and 10-key
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy level
• Solid organizational skills and ability to multi-task
• Strong written and oral communication skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, or related field (ideal)
• One plus (1+) years of accounting experience (ideal)
• Experience with high-volume financial transactions (ideal)
