About the role
Join Seneca's team in providing family-centered and strength-based services! The Bilingual Wraparound Facilitator’s primary responsibility is to facilitate Child and Family Planning Meetings using Wraparound principles.
Responsibilities
- Facilitation of Child and Family Planning Meetings.
- Meeting preparation
- Congnentance attendance
- Facilitating the meeting
- Writing meeting notes and distributing them within two days
- Writing mental health notes
- Cleaning up after the meeting
- Case management and coordination of care.
- Collaborate with county and community partners including but not limited to county social workers, probation officers, outside therapists, psychiatrists, teachers, etc.
- Complete mental health notes, Family Team Meeting notes, Wrap Action Plan, incident reports, and other documentation as necessary in a thorough, accurate, and timely manner.
- Intervene with clients’ behavior management programs and provide crisis management as needed.
- In circumstances where there is serious threat of harm, this may include physical management/restraint of the clients (implementation of Seneca’s Equilibrium model).
- Attend team meetings, weekly trainings, individual supervision, and group supervision.
- Adhere to clinical best practices.
- Complete clinical documentation appropriate to the MHRS credential, including but not limited to assessments, treatment planning, etc.
- Maintain a flexible schedule that includes early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends as needed.
- Participate in providing emergency on-call response as scheduled.
Qualifications
- Master's degree + BBS Registration preferred
- Bachelor's degree + 4 years’ experience working with children/youth and families with complex and enduring needs in a mental health setting
- Bilingual in English/Spanish
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and insurability through Seneca Family of Agencies’ insurance policy
- Own vehicle and current automobile insurance
- TB test clearance, fingerprinting clearance, and any other state/federal licensing or certification requirements
- At least 21 years of age
- Flexible schedule with ability to work evenings and weekends
- Willing to respond to crisis situations and be part of a rotating emergency on-call system
Skills of an Ideal Candidate
- Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Experience working with youth in out-of-home care
- Experience working with a diverse population either through professional or personal experience
- Strong organizational and writing skills
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Community-based 24hr on-call rotation, ~7 days per quarter
