Bilingual Warehouse Janitorial Site Supervisor

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for the operational budget, scheduling planning, and cost optimization.
• Provides direct supervision of assigned operations cleaning staff.
• Ensures proper training of all personnel in their respective positions.
• Maintains performance measurement, provides feedback, and develops employees by establishing clear expectations, ensuring employee safety is a priority, and committing to timely incident reporting procedures.
• Collaborates with the team to ensure successful execution of daily operations, resolving deficiencies promptly.
• Maintains coverage of three shifts by coordinating and collaborating with shift leaders to confirm daily schedules.
• Maintains compliance with company policies and procedures and implements disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Implements the use of company machinery and safety programs, including forklift operator certification.

Requisitos

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• OSHA General Industry Certification for 10 hours.
• Forklift Operator/Cutter Certification.
• Prioritize experience in operations cleaning.
• Minimum 4 years of supervisory and leadership experience in distribution centers, cleaning, or building maintenance.
• Effective communication skills with clients and internal/external employees.
• Experience in applying HR processes, including full-cycle staffing, interviews, hiring, performance management, promotions, and terminations.
