Salario inicial: $25.0 per hour

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for the financial operation budget, work scheduling, and cost optimization.
• Provides direct supervision of assigned operations cleaning staff.
• Ensures proper training of all personnel in their respective positions.
• Maintains performance measurement, provides feedback, and develops personnel by establishing clear expectations, ensuring employee safety is a priority, and committing to timely incident reporting procedures.
• Collaborates with the team to ensure successful daily operations coordination and resolution of deficiencies in a timely manner.
• Maintains coverage of the 3 shifts coordinating and collaborating with shift leaders to confirm daily schedules.
• Maintains compliance with all company policies and procedures and takes disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Implements the use of company equipment and safety programs, including forklift operator certification.
• Manages inventory of cleaning chemicals and supplies, ensures employee and PPE safety, and adheres to company policies.

Requisitos

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• OSHA General Industry Certification of 10 hours.
• Forklift Operator/Cutter Certification.
• Prefers experience in operations cleaning.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in supervision and leadership in distribution centers, cleaning, or building maintenance.
• Effective communication skills with clients and internal/external employees.
• Experience in applying HR processes, including full-cycle staffing, interviews, hiring, performance management, promotions, and terminations.
