About the role

We are looking for a customer-focused, disciplined, and ethical Bilingual Universal Banker (Spanish/English) to join our team at Starion Bank. As a growing community bank, we pride ourselves on local leadership, personalized service, and deep community loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Open personal and business deposit accounts
• Cross-sell bank products and services
• Process regular teller transactions in an efficient, friendly, and accurate manner
• Develop long-term relationships with consumer and business customers
• Maintain existing customer relationships

Requirements

• Bilingual Spanish/English communication skills
• Two to three years of experience in customer service, sales, and cash handling preferred
• Leadership abilities and self-motivation
